Jennifer Rizzuti, CGE, AAHCCOur Business
Jennifer Rizzuti has been a Certified Childbirth Instructor with The Bradley Method since 1998 and she is a Certified Gottman Educator with The Bringing Baby Home Program facilitating workshops since March 2007. She received her certificate in Nutrition, Herbs and Body Care from The Australasian College of Herbal Studies in 2001. She is currently the childbirth educator for Health Care For Women in Sacramento and Elk Grove.
Education and teaching have always been a passion of mine. My background, knowledge and experiences with postpartum depression has led me to want to make sure that all woman have the information and support that they need to keep postpartum depression from becoming an obstacle in their joy of motherhood.
Who We Are
Jennifer & Frank have been teaching childbirth classes together since 1998 and are certified instructors. We have two children, 11 and 4. Our son was born at a hospital with a medicated birth and our daughter was born unmedicated at a Birth Center.
We feel fortunate to have the opportunity to help facilitate the couples process of awareness and growth in their learning of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. Having Frank teach as well helps dads to feel more comfortable and gets the "guys" point of view. We also understand that labor and birth is a natural process and we try and give many opportunities for the two of you to discover how you want to experience this journey together.
